OVERVIEW
Our intention is to grow and remain in business. We will be unable
to do so if we do not look after our clients, customers, collaborators,
strategic partners, in fact all our colleagues, unless we form our
relationship on mutual trust and respect.
When
dealing with Claritasconnect Ltd and any of our Strategic Alliance
Partners, this is what you can expect. We endeavor to meet the highest
standards of professionalism, irrespective of which country you
are in, when dealing with us.
Continuous
improvement is a cornerstone of our business practice - if there
is anything you believe we could improve upon, please
contact
us by e-mail.
PRIVACY AND SECRUITY
In
all our transactions we maintain the highest level of internet security
and privacy for all the details you provide us. All personal data
we receive or collect from you will be used only for the purpose
for which they were given, or collected from you.
- For the purpose
of contacting you in relation to your enquiry for our products
or services.
- Complete
your order, or respond to your request for consultation ie your
questionnaire
- Where a
third party ie your Hearing Therapist or Audiologist for example
makes an enquiry on your behalf, we will keep all details given
by them in confidence, as if you were making the enquiry yourself.
We will ask your agent if they have your agreement to discuss
your needs directly with us.
- Payments
can be made with Australian and New Zealand cheques, and/or directly
credited to our nominated company bank account. You
can now use our secure "Paypal" account, which you access
from our front page via the PAYPAL logo. Please contact
us first, so that we can give you our current price, and advise
you of the US $ equivalent, [interational
orders] to complete the Paypal transaction.
- Your email
address any all other details will not be supplied to another
party, unless required to do so, in writing either by yourself,
by regulation or legislation in either Australia or New Zealand.
FULFILMENT
When
you order a product/s we will endeavor to send it to you within
two business days. If this is not possible - we will email/fax you
and advise you accordingly.
If
you request a quote for any of our product/s we will also endeavor
to keep to our two business day deadline. If you require us to forward
a quote to a third party payment agency, we will require your authorization
as above before doing so.
WARRANTY
1.
30 day PRE-PAID PRODUCT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PERIOD
30 DAY PERFORMANCE PERIOD: This means that you can confidently buy
any Claritasconnect Ltd sponsored product ie Hatis ® and enjoy
a 30 day (one month) pre-paid time period to explore and use the
product/instrument of your choice, as applied to your needs and
unique situation. In other words you can give it a good 'workout"
in your own home and everyday living situation. At anytime within
this 30 day period, you find that the instrument is not functionally
appropriate, then you can return it for a 100% money back refund,[a
20% restocking fee applies + mailing charges] giving you peace of
mind, that you can effectively enjoy the use of your preferred instrument
and have a guaranteed return option if you find it is not for you,
for what ever reason. Please bear in mind that this warrenty is
invalidated when you choose to use your headset with customized
alterations to accessories, or other equipment.
2. Claritasconnect Ltd products are class 1 medical devices -
just like your hearing aid and deserve the same respectful treatment.
This way it will last you a long time, and will be eligible for
our guaranteed refund.
3. Sorry: No refunds will be made for any Claritasconnect
Ltd purchased product damaged by accident, neglect, unreasonable
or illegal use, or lost in the mail.
4. If you are not satisfied, please send your product in
the first instance to the Reseller from whom you purchased it. All
returns must be in the original package, including the original
purchase order/tax invoice, and be either post-marked within 30
days from the original date of purchase, or personally returned
to the reseller by this date. The reseller will in the first instance
bring your refund request forward to Claritasconnect for action.
Please allow ten (10) days for this to be actioned. We recommend
you courier your instrument to your reseller if/when returning.
5.
Warranty 90 days (3 months)
We grant a 90 day replacement warrant on this instrument commencing
on the day of purchase from our Authorized reseller [Australia and
New Zealand]. This warranty applies in all States and Territories
of Australia and in New Zealand and is in addition to any mandatory
statutory obligation imposed on Claritasconnect Ltd and its Principal
suppliers and their manufacturers. This express warranty does not
purport to exclude, restrict or modify any such mandatory statutory
obligations.

This
warranty covers any defects in the instrument resulting from faults
in workmanship or materials. Therefore if your instrument or part
thereof becomes faulty it will be exchanged free of charge by your
reseller on presentation of proof of purchase, within 90 days.
The
warranty conditions only apply to pre-paid (purchased) instruments
purchased for their intended use. And that the correct operating
instructions have been implemented at all times.
The following terms apply:
- Warranty
applies to original end-user and is non-transferable
- All Claritasconnect
Ltd sponsored products are shipped free of external/cosmetic defects,
therefore unlikely to be subject to warranty claims
- All returns
must be processed through the Reseller from whom they were purchased
- In the event,
that you do not have access to the original Reseller: contact:
maureenc@ihear.co.nz including a copy of your original invoice
and details concerning your request. Do NOT mail, or otherwise
return product until you have received an authorization number
from Claritasconnect ltd, to do so.
- Customer
is responsible for shipping costs to return the warranty item.
Claritasconnect Ltd will not charge you for its replacement or
factory return if warranty applies to your return.
- This warranty
does NOT cover:
- Damage
arising from improper use or operation or incorrect storage
- Normal
wear/tear to any moving parts
- Repairs
undertaken by unauthorized service personnel and use of non
OME parts
- Instruments
that are outside the 90 day warranty period or which are not
faulty
This
instrument is not intended for use by young children, without adult
supervision, nor should they be allowed to play with the instrument
To
the extent permitted, the laws of New Zealand apply to this warranty
which is given in exchange for any other rights you may have against
Claritasconnect Ltd or its distributors or manufacturer, whether
at law, in tort (including negligence), in equity or under statute.
Please retain proof of purchase of this instrument.
COMPLAINTS/CONCERNS
If
you bring a complaint or specific concern to our notice, we would
prefer to deal with it personally, within three (3) business days.
If this is not possible, we will advise you and let you know when
you might expect an outcome. In the event that your complaint/concern
relates to transactions with any of our business partner's we will
expect you to attempt to resolve the issue directly with that party
in the first instance.
SERVICE STANDARDS
We will response to your email or written messages as soon as possible
- within 24 hours/I business day is our norm..
In all our dealings with you we will do anything possible to provide
you with the highest level of service and follow up.
